Hello everybody, over the last few months I have had several people ask me about Lap Band Hypnosis for losing weight. Hypnosis the single best aid to weight loss?

Once again there are reports going around that confirm reports of old…. Hypnosis can improve any attempt to lose weight, this time they say by 97%. In my opinion there is very little weight being lost without some form of hypnosis, subconscious or life style change taking place. It all must start in the mind. I understand that this may be a new concept to some. I need to remember that now and again. Helping people as a hypnotist can tend to make me think everyone should know that the key to weight loss is in the mind.
