Wow, this is a winner. Not. As much as I don’t like the grip cigarettes have on people, I can not sanction an excessive tax on some to give the money to others. This tax only shows how far from our true good government we have gone.  Unfortunately I can not take all the time needed here, and this blog is probably not the place for it.
